Meet Dana

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, deeply passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and related difficulties. I also have a strong interest in supporting young adults facing “failure to launch” — helping them move toward independence and a more fulfilling life.

Originally from Israel, I moved to the Bay Area with my family over a decade ago. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Israel and worked with children and at-risk youth before relocating to the U.S. Here, I completed my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at John F. Kennedy University in San Jose. My clinical training included work at El Camino Hospital in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and at the Santa Clara County Jail, providing therapy to incarcerated individuals.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and walking in nature. These simple pleasures help me recharge and stay grounded — something I also hope to help my clients find in their own lives.
